How do i remove check engine indicator

I have a 1994 accord and my check engine indicator no longer goes off..

if you disconnect the battery, it will reset the computer and your engine light will go off until it has a reason to come back on.

, you can get the code yourself by using the diagnostic connector located in the passenger side kick panel. All you do is use a jumper wire in the 2 pin service connector. (There is a second connector with a 3 pin use for a scanner). You can then turn the key on and watch the code being flash in your dash panel check engine light indicator. On some models, a led light is used to flash the code instead and this led light indicator is located in the computer itself.
