My Ford Explorer brakes sometimes at the floor and other times just fine, best after hitting the gas worse when idling. Fluid is full and checked after drive still full

If this just started to happen then I would suspect the master cylinder. If you had done some work on the brake lines or something, then I would try bleeding out the brakes.

a few months ago I changed a brake rear brake line and couldn't get the one bleeder free but it was and has been good for months. Still master cylinder?

Well, you say sometimes pedal going to the floor, and sometimes not, and you did open up the brake system. I would do whatever it takes to bleed out the system first. It does sound like trapped air in the lines. If the master was bad it would do this all the time.
