Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a PT Cruiser 2009, with only 35,000 miles. The car shuts off while I'm
driving. I changed fuel pump, crankshaft,  ignition switch, sparks plugs and still
shuts off every 3 days. Shuts off as if there is no gas.  I'm able to turn on again
and drive soon after as if nothing had ever happened. I took to the dealer and
several mechanics. They all gave up. Anybody has an idea before I discard the
car? So sad.

Well, after a couple of tries I'm able to move the car from the streets. Then, I'm able to turn it on but while I press the gas pedal the car does not move and it shakes a bit. I wait several minutes, and then I'm able to drive home without any problems. It runs for 3 days or so and then it happens again. Thanks for your question!!!
