96 chevrolet and 94 gmc

I have a 94 gmc and put in a 96 chevy transmission
and i want to know if there's a difference in the
lines.

I don't think it is going to work. The '94 has a OBD1 computer to control the transmission and the '96 is controlled by a OBDII computer.
