replacing signal indicater light bulb

I pulled the instrument panel out as far as I could , without disconnectting the speedometer cable.
I still can't get to the bulbs.

If you disconnect the speedo cable you will have access to back of instrument cluster. You may have to disconnect the electrical connection to instrument cluster also.
