A/C shutting down for period of weeks .

A/C tuning off for a few weeks and then working again for up to 2 months, then
repeating the problem. This has been going on for 2 years ?????

i'd go to the dealer and show them your VIN and ask them if there was a recall in the a/c system. the problem is the age of the car. it could be something interior, however
