Is there a specific "tow package availabe and what is included?
I am looking to buy one and am wondering if I need to find one with a tow package. The one I am looking at has the hitch and wiring harness. What else should be there?
If it has the hitch and wiring harness, it will typically also include a different gear ratio for the rear axle, a larger transmission cooler than a non-equipped vehicle, and possibly heavy duty brakes. You will have to ask the dealer what options are available as each manufacturer's "tow package" is a litte different.
