My 99 crown Vic is losing power and draining
battery.I bought an brand new alternator an brand
new pig tail brand new battery and its still draining
the battery and causing the car to go dead and quit
please help

parasitic battery drain , on line , put on your thinking cap , or send it to a shop , a good one .
