my tranny goes into nuetral then limp mode at 60 mph and stays there.

ive had the tranny rebuild,and fixed cluch by a different mechanic. the
solonoid pack replaced. i reset the codes by unhooking the neg. battery cable.
vehicle wont get out of limp mode! im out of money and patience! help?!
