1994 dakota sport horn not working

I checked fuse, relay, connections, brass contacts and can't figure it out.  I want it back now, i have wanted to honk at so many assholes.

the horn could just be shot buy a new horn at your local parts store, or get a set of air horns and show those assholes how it is haha
