Fuel pump relay? ASD relay? Inertia switch (if present)? All grounds present?

If you tapped the circuit to the fuel pump and have verified it is getting 12VDC with ignition on and still no fuel pressure then you have a bad fuel pump or it is not connected to wiring harness (try reseating it)
