Starting problem

I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota and it runs pretty
good it'll start right up but after i shut it off it won't
start for a few minutes and then all the sudden it
will start right back up again what do you think the
problem is

I've got the same problem on my truck Bo, been told it could be your could or fuel system

I had the same problem a couple years ago. I changed the throttle position sensor, coil, plugs and wire, rotor, pick up coil....turned out to be the ECM (computer) It started right up but when it warmed up or after driving it for about 15-20 minutes it would die. If you let it cool for about 5-10 minutes, it started back up and took off again Next time it fails to start, tap on the ECM box...it will probably start right up
