fuelpump busted on 1990 Grand Voyager 3.3 ... to replace, do we HAVE to dropdown gastank ? thanks.

Im not sure how your voyager is laid out. Many times if the pump is only accessed from the top of the tank you can cut a hole in the floor access it,change it,and resecure the piece you removed from the floor. There are many videos of this process for many different cars on you tube. Try searching "fuel pump replace shortcut" or something similar
