i have 2001 chrysler sebring convertible car wont start clicking sound

i replace the fuse in car it was very weak didn't wanna start at first but it started
after that the problem is now it keeps blowing the fuses work
till 2 weeks everything was fine and running and now it wont start the lights
works and radio i turn
the key it is clicking more then once is it the starter or something else?
