01 pt cruiser ac blows hot

My ac only blows hot air. The system is fully
charged and does not idle rouph with the ac on.
But the ac never blows cool?? Any ideas??

Check to see if the compressor is kicking in . if it's not but the system is fully charged you may have a faulty pressure switch.
