dont have brakes, replaced everything whats next?

replaced master cyclinder, brake lines, brake pads and shoes, wheel cyclinders, all but 3 lines no leaks, getting fluid no air, still no pedal pressure? please help?????

check the master cylinder or check the manual,'' how to keep your volks wagon alive the step by step manual for the complete idiot it taught me all u need to know on how to diaganose vw and fix my vw a 1970 karmann ghia vertproblems its worth the few bucks it costs
