the 'silent cam' must be in the correct place....did you do the timing belt yourself? getting all the sprockets in the correct orientation can be tricky. With any luck this is a non-interference situation and transgressions will be forgiven. Since you did not get any sign or life one can only think that you've got the camshaft lined up to the intake stroke rather than the compression stroke....look again at the number one and top dead center, and the silent cam so the spark happens at the correct time once again...and call me back~

whoa--7jimmy7, thanks for reminding us, check the onboard diagnostics, obi-wan kenobi ...er um OBD-3 to get a report on what in the hell is going on here.
