Tail light assemblies in the PT's are kinda junk. A common problem is moisture getting into the bulbs/sockets and corroding them or moisture causes bulbs to break. You might have to replace the sockets and bulbs. Open up the assemblies and check to see if it's just some that are corroded; might be all of them.
