My 2003 Sebring convertable recently has gotten water in the well where the top folds back.

While top is up, have someone run a hose on the top around window and where top meets body while you observe from the inside with a flashlight. If your top is original, the seal integrity and stitching are probably done as Mr Mcmanis stated. If the top has been replaced, confirm excess fabric has been trimmed over the drip trough where the fasteners clamp the bottom edgeof top in place. Water can sometimes drip over the trough if fabric fans toward the well and is too long. A top shop would be the best to consult about this.
