I GOT A 1996 DEVILLE IT HAS NO MODERN CAPABILITIES AS
FAR AS THE SOUND SYSTEM IS THERE GONNA BE ANY ISSUES
WHEN I SWAP THE STEREO OUT THANKS FOR ANY INFO

Shouldn't be. Most new head units just drop in place with a little wiring. Just match the wires to the right one in the car's harness and you will have sound. Some brands offer plug & play connectors to make it even easier.
