1) Open the bonnet and prop it. 2) There are two toothed wheels for adjusting on each light assembly. The one on the outside changes the horizontal alignment while the one on the inside moves the lights vertically. I normally use a small screwdriver - a tester does the job. 3) There is no way to align the low beam and high beam of the headlight separately- they move in tandem.
