I have a 1975 FordF100 300 6cyl 3spd . Will turn over. Getting gas and good spark. Used to run. At 45-50 mph the engine would bog down, I take it out of gear and rev fine under load bog down. Replaced plugs,wires,distributor,coil,ignition module and carburetor.

Its could be several things, here are a few things to check: FUEL PREESURE CARB BOWL (I KNOW ITS A NEW CARB) BUT THE FLOAT MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED. VACUUM LINES VENTS
