1975 lincoln mark4 hazards work no turn signals

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed the flasher fuse in the fuse box by high
beam switch.  The hazards work but no turn
signals. What else can it be??

I have no turn signals. Click the lever and nothing. Hit the hazards and they work . Changed the flasher fuse in the fuse panel and still nothing

I found that after taking off steering wheel there was a rivet holding 3 wires together.ihad a bad connection.i moved the wires at the rivet and turn signals started working
