rear main seal on a 351m in a 79 Ranchero is it split type or solid

Does my 79 Ford Ranchero Gt with 351m
and fmx transmission have a split type or
solid rear main seal in the motor

Split type, and it would likely be neoprene. The other type was the split rope seal, that would have a pin to prevent the seal from spinning. The neoprene did not have that pin.
