hey guys, i currently drive a nice sports car, but i wanna upgrade to a VW bus :) my parents are wondering the specs of the vehicle in top shape and whatnot... doesn't matter if it's re-furb or not, but like gas mileage and such

Hard to say what your gas mileage will be, I would suggest googling for "VW Bus," there are a lot of enthusiast forums which are full of this info and may have information on improving the mileage as well.

I'd like to know what the timing specs are for the 8V 1991 GTi 5-speed. I also heard that the oem rotor was glued on. Does that mean that I can't put on a new rotor (I've owned the car a few months)...
