Buying a replacement A/C compressor for X Type

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car is a 2008 X Type sedan, 2.1 litre petrol, VIN SAJKG51S28Y39241, imported from Japan to New Zealand.  Needs a new A/C compressor.  Best buys seem to be on eBay USA but all there are listed for the 2.5 & 3 litre variants.  My questions are:  Are all X Type A/C compressors the same?  So will a US-origin one fit my X Type OK?

Didn't answer my question at all. I already know about suppliers - need to know about suitability of compressor for my particular model.
