I have a 2009 Nissan Altona hybrid...it is costly dead! No lights on dash board. Can't even get into trunk. While back was told hybrid battery pack was going out. Any way to get some power to it to at least open trunk? I just have a knob not a key

This is the battery dead. Open the door using the metal key located in the fob. Open back door from inside. In the back seat get the middle hand rest down, again use the metal key to open rhe plastic window, pull the handle located behind it, the trunk will be open, The battery is in the right rear wing. Charge or replace. You are done
