engine running lean in bank 2 on 4 cylinders

i replaced a MAS and fixed a vacuum leak but the car still misfires and coil
pack,plugs and wires have been replaced in the past few months any ideas on
what it could be?

It is running lean.. Which means it is not getting enough fuel.. Clogged fuel injectors? Could be a couple other things too.. May want to take it to have it diagnosed..

i put it on diagnostics last weak at the ford dealer and all it told me was the engine was running lean in bank 2 with cylinders 2,4.5 and 6 misfiring

Pour in a whole can of Seafoam fuel conditioner with a full tank of gas. If that doesn't work then check the fuel pressure. If you're handy and have time, swap the injectors from 2 to 1, 4 to 3 and see if the problem follows to those cyliders. If so, injectors are bad. Best at this point to replace them all. Good luck!
