Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Where is the starter located on a 2008 Honda Civic?  Turning the key just
produces a clicking, all lights, radio etc turn on.

Don't condemn the starter until you check out the battery and alternator. Fully recharge the battery or see if it will jump start. If it starts, the starter is good and battery is very low on charge. That could be a weak/dying battery or an alternator not keeping up. All three can be tested for free at an auto parts store. Replace accordingly.

Thanks for the quick response. I have gotten the battery checked out, actually got a new one. It first happened about 2 weeks ago. I changed the battery. I was in a store parking lot and buying a new one was my only option. With a new battery, still just clicking. Finally got ahold of a friend and jumping didn't help at first. We finally got it going and though (hoped) maybe the new battery just had a weak charge. I drove it around for about an hour. I got it home and left it off for an hour. It starts right up. I kept it home (my sons car) the next day and started/drove it around a few different times. A few days later, the same thing. I try to start it, just clicking but everything else will turn on. Lights do not dim while testing other things. It won't jump start either now.
