No need to reset anything. Sounds like a clog or leak somewhere. So your not getting any fuel pressure on the fuel rail in the engine compartment?

Not at all.even disconnected the line rt by the fuel pump and fuel filter to see if it was pumping gas.pumps running.but no fuel.

the pump is working ,did you change the filter? you might have a kink in the line somewhere .
