1999 Honda Civic

Comprehensive price range: $379 - $11,200. From my research, I would say the single phrase to describe the 1999 Honda Civic is: consistent reliability. Taking into account these are pre-owned vehicles, the only major complaint about this car is a lack of power going up-hill. People just seem to love these cars for fuel economy, easy handling, low maintenance, and relative comfort. What more can one say?
