We have 12 of them now in our outfitters business. Just picked up another yesrerdar after a long search. These are basically a van version of the F350 pickups and with the 5.4 l v8 they out tow the rest. we routinely hall box trailers loaded and up to 15 passengers up into Rainier Natn and other like areas, they perform splendidly. I am the mechanic for all these vans and despite high cost to find a low mileage van, solid and reliable., We also run racks on top with bike/kayaks etc, they are just solid work horsesApr 15, 2022

2012 E-15- blower motor not working?
The blower motor on my work van recently stopped working, nothing at any speed. Then later that day on the way home at highway speed it came back on with all speeds, though on high it sounds liked it was changing speeds slightly. The next morning, gone again. During the day (again on the way home) I got it up to high speed and it came back on again, still with all speeds working. The next day nothing again and I could not get it to start at all, even at high speed. Every fuse inside and in engine compartment I can find that is remotely related is ok. The fact that it worked at all points away from fuses and the resistor pack but it was worth looking. The blower motor isn't hot or otherwise showing signs that it is even trying. There is a relay in hi-voltage block that labeled as Aux AC blower, would that be suspect? Any ideas? My thought was that the motor was having trouble getting going and the higher speed airflow gave it some help. Thanks, Drew

Transmission Slippage 2012 Ford Econoline
I have a 2012 Ford Econoline, it came in for a transmission issue, when driving it would slip out of second gear, checked the fluid, fluid was burnt. We then proceeded to change to transmission itself. After it was replaced, test drove it and the transmission seems to shift fine, but when you fully depress the gas peddle, it seems to slip out of gear, the RPM will max out and the vehicle will not speed up. I then let off the gas, and the transmission will kick back in. I have replaced the TPS, replaced the Spark Plugs, checked fuel pressure, cleaned the Throttle Body, replaced the air filter and it still has the same problem. Any ideas? Please Help

No crank, no start with engine light on.
2012 ford e350 xlt passenger van. Battery is good, starter is new and I am not getting enough power to the coil on the starter relay. If I jump out the starter relay the van will start. Does anyone know what is in the circuit prior to the starter relay coil and what color wires I should be tracing and checking?
