'02 XG350 will not turn over. The starter spins when crossed over, but when using the key, it will not activate starter. Has new battery, new starter & solenoid and new ignition switch. Friend got in car, moved gear shift back and forth, car started once, but will not do it again. It is a good running car when it starts. Any suggestion as to the problem would be very helpful.
