The starter is inside the engine. To replace a $200 starter you have to disassemble the top of the engine. Cost is $2000.00 dollars (US).Feb 03, 2022

This is an excellent second car. One has to have a desire to ride in comfort and with power. Impressed by the North Star engine performance at high speeds and plenty of reserve power to spare past 70 mph. An asset.Apr 26, 2013

Change brake line why's car running bad with all kinds of dash lights

On my Cadillac changed passenger side brake line change front brake pads now I'm glad them several times ABS light is on I'm also gravity bled them not working yet now check engine lights on traction control lights on and my other one and then running like crap I'm not understanding I just changed the brakes please help me please thank you and speedo not working

No crank

I have a 2000 Eldorado. I have the problem that when I shut the car off and go inside for the night and I come out the next day I unlock it and all the functions are normal but when I stick the key in to start it there's no crank no anything but all the normal functions are there lights radios alarm dashboard Etc. Everything I've read is leading to a bad ground or possibly a bad starter. Has anyone else had this problem before I yank the intake off and dive into a starter
