"Bubba" was an amazing car. For how old she was, she ran decent and I was very happy that I got to work on her myself. lol. Though she looked very beat up on the inside and out she ran great and we've had plenty of great memories!Aug 16, 2010

I love my car because it was very cheap and runs really great!
Performance - never breaks down
Build Quality - it has needed some repairs...
Appearance - it is pretty beat up, but its pink
Cost of Ownership - 35 plus mpg

good performance after you get past 3krpm
everything else great
Build - alternator bearings going out, some small
rust
appearance - tracer bumpers look great all good
lots of hail dents
cost - 100$ to buy minor parts

I don't even know where to begin with this. You can get a pretty good ghetto hop going on because the suspension was beyond shot. It was dogging once so I popped the hood and opened up the intake - there was a giant wad of electrical tape in there. I got crap from my brother because of the missing hubcap - I was 5 miles from getting Walmart spinners for it, though.Dec 06, 2007

Just a month ago, when I come to a stop light, it will stall. Put fuel injector cleaner in gas, cleaned throttle body and put new spark plugs-car still doing it- what could be causing this problem?

1994 mecury tracer won't start
there's been no signs of anything going out. all the sudden stopped a couple of stores & the last stop turned the key to leave & nothing, Man tried jumping it, still nothing, charged battery to make sure. still nothing. Lights & ding comes on but will not do anything when u turn key

I put it in reverse and it does nothing i put it in drive and still nothing. The car just revs up.

Check engine light.
My check engine light comes on shortly after starting. It runs a little rough when on but if it goes off, car runs much smoother. When at a stop light or stop sigh, initial take off must be slow or engine will quit. Runs normal if light is not on.
