1994 Ford F-250 IDI Turbo repair question
I have a 1994 Ford F-250 IDI with a turbo. When I was hooking up the batteries, I accidentally touched the negative and positive connectors together when I already had the driver's side battery hooked up and was attempting to install the second battery. Needless to say, I was lucky to escape that without a shock, but what damage could I have caused? The truck still started and I drove it, but when I started the truck the next day, it had more trouble than usual starting and it didn't idle good until it was running for a minute or more. I think I probably damaged my glow plugs, so the startup idle isn't great, but what else should I look for? Please help, cause I'm a bit dumb when it comes to this stuff and really need some guidance.
