Soooo much fun :D lovely little car:) great handlng could do with a bit more power as its only a 998 cc and with only 19,000 miles on the clock im not planning on changing it, but looks lovely and is alot of fun, reccomnd to anyone who doesnt need practicality, but the car is easy to maintain and turns heads Apr 07, 2010

Its amazingly fun and its a classicly british car which isnt just a hobby but also a whole way of life as well. The way that anyone can have one as well wether you are acing round the monte carlo rally or nipping to the shops.Aug 22, 2009

'92 Rover Mini Cooper 1275cc. The last cooper working with a carb.
Performance : stock power is 61 bhp but can be easily upgraded to much, much more decent levels. The 1275cc is torkey and makes a unique sound.
Build quality : horrible, but this is why you buy an older mini for.
Appearance : Red with its white roof : a head turner.
Cost of ownership : fuel efficent, low insurance and infinitely high amounts of fun.Jun 30, 2009

It's a Mini !!!
Need I say more?
Rides likes a kart, handles like its glued to the road.
Only 1275 cc but accelerates like a maniac. Only 650 kilogrammes helps a lot for fun drives.Jul 11, 2008

my car is great, although it is still being build as i speak, it was still a great car when it was on the road and handled like no other in and out of corners.Unfortunatly the build quality on the old mini deteriated in the mid 80s and they were just thrown together so my mini was in need of a OverHaul. the body work is almost complete although im taking the rear subframe off this weekend to be cleaned and to gain access to clean the floor . im building a 1330cc A-series engine with lot of cool mods that im working on, im hoping to pull atleast 130bhp from my little beast and cant wait.... See you all at the traffic light derby....beep beep!!!!Jun 25, 2008

Ok, this car is the nutz.... if your gonna do it you gotta buy a Cooper. Just make sure you buy this as a project as every Mini owner knows these cars are always 'work in progress'. Mini's are a bit like marmite - love em or hate em! But you can't ignore the fact that if you buy a mint one or reserect an old snotter you'll be owning a piece of classic motoring history :-)Apr 21, 2008
