Performance is excellent, Build quality is good ... no squeaks or rattles, Appearance some say they are ugly but I think they are beautiful inside and out, Cost of ownership so far has been great getting 500kms to a tank, Fun factor .... absolutely awesome to drive!!!Mar 10, 2010

One thing I like about this car is how small it is, its super small in comparison to most cars on the road now. I think we'll all agree that generally, smaller/lighter cars handle better and this little nissan really handles. Weighing in at a feathery 2400lbs. Unfortunately, I ended up with the worst trim/options on this car with only a 1.6liter (110hp), and 4speed slush-box auto. The motor pulls this little car suprisingly well, but that auto box just dogs the whole experience of accelerating personally. That's my biggest gripe, and i can only blame myself for buying it. The car is good looking, I like it. Mileage is good, rated at 27/36 we probably get 30avg. Mar 06, 2009

It is very small inside the t-bar roof is a good idea it handles like nothing else on the road difficult to work on if it goes wrongMar 04, 2008

best car ive ever owned its reliable has some zing to it and looks sporty especially with the t top feature is sweet in the summer with the subs pounding definate chick magnet but the 16 valve 4 cylinder 1.6 are extremely reliable and really cheap on gas i own 2 nx 1600 the both 1992 and i love them both in the middle of droping a turbo kit in my red one though overall the nx is a sweet ride for anyone looking for some summer fun.Jan 27, 2008

0 to 60 in 6.9 seconds, a limited slip differential, quick steering, a light and precise gearbox, nearly flat torque curve, a sexy exhaust note and still 29mpg on long trips.Jan 13, 2008

Anyone who's ever driven a classic SE-R will tell you how much fun the car is. It's a lightweight, peppy, tight-turning pocket rocket that is great for everyday driving and every-once-in-a-while track days. Now, take that car, add a slicker looking exterior (oppinion) for better aerodynamics (fact), thicker front swaybar, bigger front brakes, and T-tops, and you now have the NX 2000. This is the best front drive sport coupe built in the early nineties. I've owned two and hope to own 2 more for the rest of the time I'm able to drive. Eggs rock.Jan 04, 2007
