1990 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham transmission problem ?

Hello friends, question, i took my 90 Fleetwood on a cruise, it wouldnt go past 35, suddenly felt like its in neutral, i stepped on pedal but nothing, while rolling i switched to neutral and back to Drive, it engaged for few minutes and suddenly same again like i am in neutral, ,i pulled over, put in D, drove off , went up to 45 mph but slowed down again on its own, then it still wouldnt go past 20 mph this time, ,Trans oil is full, had to drive home 20 mph, any ideas ? or is the whole transmission gone ? thanks for any help.

telescoping steering install question

Greetings, I removed the telescoping steering wheel and find that I cannot lock the telescoping shaft to get the wheel to sit on the shaft splines to reinstall. When I put the wheel on without the spacers and screw the telescope lever into the wheel I can lock the wheel out but when I unscrew the lever mechanism it unlocks. How do I lock the shaft out far enough to set the wheel on? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have a 1990 fleetwood brougham and i cant get the turn signals to work i replaced the the bulbs and all of the fuses and i cant still get it to work.

I just inherited my Mothers 1990 Cadillac Brougham. Real wire wheels but missing a center cap. Not snap on but wheel needs to be removed to replace the cap. Any idea where I can find a replacement?
