One of the most fun vans I ever owned. Total throw back from the 60's Had wall to wall Gold&Brown Shag carpet. Dark brown diamond leather trim every where it could possibly fit. It was a an Oil patches high school kids project.
Bought it for $400 He wanted a grand. Drove it to Vancouver the very next day.
August and snow flakes the size of Toonies!!! I wanted to go home NOW!!! 3 tanks of gas and we we're home sweet home.Dec 15, 2011

this thing is great for partying, i can pack more than recommended people i'd say i put 12 people inside, and i could pull a nice sized boat, with no problem at all, it drove just like it did with nothing in the backDec 21, 2007

1984 Dodge Ram van
I just bought a conversion van with 66k original miles. Previous owner had two batteries charging off the alternator plus a gas generator. There are wires everywhere. They had extensive sound system, toilet, refrig, shower, stove, two AC systems, and so on. I'm taking basically everything out. The problem is the battery is draining somehow and usually (though not always) dead when I go to start it. It's hard to start and usually requires starter fluid. If I turn on the AC, the engine immediately kills. I can't drive it at night because the elec system can't keep up with the lights. There is such a mess of wires under the hood and going who knows where that I despair. How feasible is it to rip out all the wiring and just start over?

1984 Dodge ram VAN 250 proportioning valve. HELP!
am having no luck trying to find a proportioning valve for my 1984 Dodge 250 VAN. I do not know how to determine if it is a B 1,2 or3 body but am told this is pertinent to correct part. This is an extened cargo van body 6400 GVW. VIN 2B7HB23TXEK222596 Also do not know if it has a distribution valve separate or integral. Please advise as to possible contacts in you data base. Are rebuild kits available?
