its got a 179hp block but its tired and a Aussie 4 speed. the engine is under sized
for the car its in but it cruises along nice. its got arm strong(no power) steering and
the interior has a fair way to go. e.g carpet. it has premier bucket seats in fair
condition. at $1800 the price was good being a first car. surprisingly minimal rust in
it other than the rear of the quarter panels. its economical being on LPG. so far my
only major expense has been the brakes at $800 but its better safe than sorry. Nov 08, 2011

3.3L Straight Six paired with a 3 speed column shift auto. Bench seats, tan interior, CNG and Petrol (had to switch it to petrol to climb hills lol!). Heaps of character. Orange and rusty, hard to start in the morning... like I said...... heaps of character!Feb 21, 2010

It just looks cool. Perfect cruiser! Good old simple mechanicals, none of all this electronics that drive the car rather than the actual the driver.
Fun to drive.
Besides how many black guys do you see cruisin around in a Kingswood!?Nov 10, 2009

HZ V8 sedan, first car, love of my life - classic little old 253. lovely Bronze with vinyl roof - not at all brown........:) Handy that her parts match those of my HJ's. Definitely in line for an upgrade for motor, body and interior. Nov 04, 2009

This car is my first baby and there isn't much the two of us haven't done together. We have been cruising for 11 years come September. She had a fair makeover about 6 years ago but she is getting tired again, poor baby.Aug 07, 2009
