We have a 1958 Ford Edsel Ranger in the family and are thinking about selling it but have no idea how to tell what it's worth. it is in great condition, low miles, runs, has the original parts, is a 3 speed manual-transmission, E-400 engine, 2-door hardtop, custom paint, with minor rust. There are a few age issues but overall, it looks and runs very good.
I have two 1958 Edsel Ranger 4 doors. The one I'm restoring is a hardtop with no pillars between the doors. The donor car is a 4 door sedan with the pillars. I noticed the rear glass is larger from the donor and I can't use it. How about the windshield? They appear the same. But are they?
On my 58 Ranger i would like to replace the single master brake cylinder with a new unit that has a vaccuum booster, what is the best way to do this? also who sells them? Thank You: Mark
