As soon as you walk in you can feel the great environment. Show room is beautiful and all the employees are very friendly and relax. They wont come to attack you but they will welcome you and if you ask about any vehicle they will give you a 5 star customer service. They have free snacks and refreshments in the showroom for all customers. Our sales agents were Andrew Bisaccia and Peter Maria. They are simply the best sales agents EVER!!! They are respectful, honest, sincere, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy a Volvo I definitely recommend these guys 100%.

They responded quickly my request for more information about the particular vehicle I was interested in, however I ultimately never did end up going to see the vehicle as we live more than 100 miles away. If I’m still in the market for a vehicle it is likely I will contact them again.

I received canned email responses and when I follow up via responding to their email, I got nothing. I finally just called the person who had emailed me and, again, received no response. Very frustrating. I then called the main number for the dealership and got a response from Joseph, the Sales Director. He was supposed to be checking on some things I had questions about and hasn't gotten back to me. I then received another canned email from the dealership from a different person and I just responded to that.

Five Stars for Schumacher! I inquired about a used vehicle online and was called back immediately. I explained that I live 45 minutes away and did not want any surprises when I arrive to look at the car. My salesman (James Peacock) was kind enough to offer to do a complete walk around with me on the phone. I told him I was very anal when it came to scratches, dings, and dents. He gave me a very detailed description of the few minor imperfections. My Wife, Son, and I decided it was worth the trip to go see the car. We were greeted by our smiling Salesman James. The car was exactly as described and drove great. I had done my due diligence and new exactly what a fair to good deal would be. I explained to James that I did not want to go back and forth and that if they could make the numbers work at my price I would be driving our “new” used car home. The finance manager crunched the numbers and in the end I ended up writing the check for $200 less than the Out The Doir offer I made them. This is a dealership that truly believes in full disclosure/ full transparency. I would definitely by another car from them and you should too. Ask for James Peacock 781-426-5805. He is super honest and was a pleasure to work with.

Dealer lists a STOCK Photo of a CREW CAB truck. BUT the truck they selling is a single cab. DEALERS do this to sell you a different truck. Then try to play it off like its an error, This is the 3rd dealership ive had this problem with trying to by a NEW TRUCK. what a joke. BUYER BEWARE

I recently purchased a gently-used GMC Terrain from the Schumacher dealership in West Palm Beach and had a really great experience. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the front door by my sales pro, Floyd B. He (Floyd) made this process very enjoyable; he was professional yet congenial and engaging; he made sure that I was very comfortable during my visit to the dealership and was able to answer any outstanding questions about the transaction process. I came to the dealership pretty much armed with all the info necessary to negotiate my best possible deal. Although we had to go through the typical car buying negotiation shenanigans, it was all very enjoyable; I never got the sense that it was adversarial. I got the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and it didn't take all day. Win-win-win. All in all, I would totally recommend Schumacher GMC (and Floyd B!) to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle; they have created a really chill car buying experience.

I could write a book about what happened in dealing with the staff at Schumacher! Some of it would be comical and other parts a horror scene. All I can say is that I sure did not feel like "FAMILY" during the negotiations and sure don't feel like "FAMILY" now. I have requested one of the associates (Max) assist me in setting up an appt with the GM sometime soon to discuss our experience in more detail. It will be interesting to see how this goes, as my intention is to share in such a way they understand the importance of what their message is and what their actions really say.

They were good, got a decent price for the car, they were nice; but hey gave me my registration instantly, but didn't give me the yellow sticker for license plate. When my bd came up 3 months later, the DMV still had me the owner of my trade in, and not the new car. I was told it was the dealers fault. I called and they fixed it. But when I didn't receive the yellow registration sticker, I called the DMV and they again said I had to contact the dealer. They sent it upon my request... But what a hassle! Also, when the salesman sold us the car he said he would give us extra headphones for DVD player. I called several times, showed up, texted and he kept promising but never delivered as promised.
