I reached out via Car Gurus first by sending an email message. The person who responded was not very helpful or insightful. I advised him there were several other Mini's with the same features in RVA (via Car Gurus) with the same mileage for sale for less. I asked him what the difference was at Pearson. His response was "I can't tell you because, I haven't seen the other cars." The next morning a very nice internet sales woman, emailed me back and advised me it was priced higher bc of the Pearson Warranty. I asked if that price was negotiable. I advised, I was buying a Mini that day, cash. She said "We are not going to loose a sale over a dollar." So, I made an appointment to look at the Mini and discuss. The salesman I talked to was very nice, but informed me basically that the internet saleswoman was not in sales and that they wouldn't negotiate price. Be prepared to have your time wasted at Pearson.
Sales agents seemed professional but didn't follow
through on requests to enhance my buyer
experience. I did purchase vehicle but beware
when buying as is. Do a thorough inspection of
vehicle before buying. Mine had many non working
interior functions that are not easy fixes and could
have been used to negotiate more.

set up. It's like they decided they don't want to sell cars.

I had an awesome experience with Justin A. I had my 18 month old with me
and he was patient! Due to his excellent salesmanship I walked out of there
with the car that I went in to test drive. Great vehicle for our growing family!

interested in; the sales person
took my information and pulled
my credit and didn't respond
back with next steps. Called the
dealership back many hours later
and the sales person told me that
there had already been a bid
placed on the truck I wanted
when he took my information. He
stated that "there are 8 of us
here, so it's hard to tell which
cars has an offer on them". Those
were his words exactly. At the
end of the day, my credit was
pulled, and the truck I inquired
about already had a bid on it.
That credit check counts against
me, but didn't have to happen. I
didn't believe the sales rep didn't
know the truck already had a bid
on it, I think he was just being
slick- If he didn't know, he
shouldn't have that job. Never
doing business with Pearson.
Ask for Marty, their internet sales
manager. Honest, no pressure.
