All and all it was positive but The had my appointment for two days and the
time was varied the morning I was to be there. My sales person was busy
and everyone else was busy. Almost every step of the way was held up 20
minutes. We bought the car but left the dealership last customer out. We
got there a few minutes after 2. Everyone treated us great and I would
buy from them again.
Called the online number x2 asking for a salesman. No one called back until a while after second call. We went to dealership with cash to buy the Mustang. It took forever to complete the sale. I got an email stating the new license plates were in but living 100 miles away I told them they needed to be mailed.( I thought they might figure that out.) The new license plates sat at the dealership until I called 2 days after the 21 day permit expired. They agreed to replace a high end after market speaker. The salesman said that it was old and they could not find one. I looked on the internet and sent them multiple places that sold them and it was still available. A month later, I got the speaker. This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership and left without a full tank of gas. First stop was a gas station.

On time and a very curtious drive that brought the vehicle to me on Saturday.
Really bad customer service. Bought the vehicle and was promised things that were wrong with the vehicle were going to be fixed before it was delivered. Only one item was fixed. Sales manager told me they would have someone bring me another vehicle and bring my back to fix and never called or showed up. I had to leave several voice mail messages and no return call.
Seemed honest, salesman called talked to him about the car he said someone was working on it right now, i said call me if its still available, he said he would call if it was, he didn't call and the car came off online sites the next day. So i have no problem with them and they seemed like a good operation.
He contacted me immediately, and was very helpful.
Jeff Kamin went over and beyond. He sent driver to pick me up and bring me to Buffalo so I could test drive the car I bought. I got over 8 emails with different cars and options. Very nice man and recommend you ask for him as he listens and works way beyond his hours. recommend this company to everyone

Very helpful and kind. However, took 2 days to get the Carfax to me, and by then, car was sold. Which was unhelpful, because I would have paid cash! It was just too far away (1hr, 1 way) to drive out there for information.
I received a phone call within an hour. Jeff Kamin was very friendly, professional and gave me all the information on the truck I was interested in. Due to unexpected travel I was unable to go see vehicle on day I planned and Jeff was very kind and caring due to my personal situation. A couple weeks later I came in and purchased truck in under 3 hours! Amazing !! I've spent 8 hours at dealerships in the past. I was greeted by several employees and there was not any HIGH pressure sales tactics to purchase extra warranties and accessories as some dealerships do. I highly recommend Jeff Kamin & Morries Buffalo.

Salesman was nice and easy to work with. He did go out of his way to get
me videos of the vehicle as they did not have photos posted online. I did test
drive the vehicle however we did not purchase it.
Before I stopped by their dealership, I called them to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. I explained that I would not be interested unless they could give me $6,000 over the $2,000 I still owed on my current vehicle ($8,000 total). The sales person I talked to said that would be no problem so I drove over an hour to test drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. After my test drive, they inspected my trade and we began the paperwork. At the end of the paperwork process when I was signing the purchase agreement, I noticed the total was not what I had expected. Upon further review, I noticed they had only given me a total of $6,000 for my trade. I told the finance manager this was not price we had agreed upon up front over the phone, and if they were not going to honer the $8,000 trade in price we had agreed upon over the phone, I was going to leave. The old "bate & switch""that we have all come to know and despise about car dealerships. After a lengthy debate, they offered to meet me in the middle at $7,000 for my trade, $2,000 below what AutoTrader, CarGurus and KBB stated I could expect for my trade and a $1,000 below our agreed upon price over the phone. We ended up settling on $7200 for my trade. I should have walked out, but I had drove over an hour to the dealership and I had been looking for this type of truck for a long time. That's my fault. However, when I got home I realized I should have walked out because they were not willing to honor the agreed trade-in price so I called the dealership back and said I wanted the agreed upon trade-in price for my old truck or I was going to return the new one I had purchased. They said, "go ahead" and were not willing to make the situation right and earn back my customer loyalty by giving me $800 more for my trade. I ended up keeping the new truck because I did not feel like taking a half a day to drive back and fourth to the dealership (which you can betting on the fact that I would not) to return it. However, , I don'tt feel good about the entire experience and I will definitely not shop there ever again or recommend them to anyone to them after my poor experience.

This was the smoothest vehicle transaction I've had! Jeff Kamin made everything quick and painless. I live almost 3 hours from the dealership so I figured I'd have to take a day or 2 off of work to test drive the vehicle and fill out paperwork but they had the vehicle brought to my place of business. I was allowed to test drive it for a day while they inspected my trade vehicle which saved me a lot of time. They gave me a very good price on my trade and I got the best interest rate I've ever received on a used vehicle!

online. Both times , neither vehicle was there. I
walked the lot. Looking at all the edges you
have. There were at least 5 salesman standing
outside laughing smoking and talking. Not 1 of
them came to ask if I had any questions or if I
wanted to look at something.... just as I was
leaving . A woman did stop me to ask. If I needed
help. But she was leaving in 5 minutes .... so i
have to say very unpleasant , not helpful

sales staff was great. couldn't make a deal. car looked great in pictures but
horrid in person. Not to mention the intake leaking, engine tick and bare
wires due to a mouse making it a home.
Travis Cook contacted us right away. We also had another girl send an email but Travis called and sent an email. We were very interested in the Ford Edge so we were very pleased with the quick response. It was within 10 minutes from when we sent our email with a question about the vehicle.
He was very courteous and kept in mind what we wanted in the vehicle and didn't look at vehicles way out of the price range we gave him.
Overall good experiance. Great Vehicle, however be prepared to be
the primary communicator between departments. I often called the
salesman to answer questions and he would reroute me to other
areas instead of taking on my question and getting back to me with
the answers..such as status of the license plates and mechanical
issues with a new car. I would have appreciated less work on my
behalf and more team work from the dealership. The low stress, buy
happy slogan did not reflect my experiance.
Peter Fahrendorf, my salesman, was fabulous. He helped me far more than I would have ever expected. He certainly believes in the golden rule! We couldn't have had a better experience.
