Hello, I purchased a Range Rover Evoque on 9/18/19. this Dealership and by sales rep Bill was wonderful to work with. I live in Minneapolis and needed to fly to O'hare to pick up my new Evoque -- they sent a limo to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Great customer service and a more than fair price. Quick response to Car Guru request for information, but was difficult to work with afterwards. Bought the car, but they were not ready to work through an online order. Eventually called and spoke to an agent that got me what I needed. Management never returned phone calls - they apparently have a lot of meetings...

Got very pushy, and became rude and mean when i tried to get the price down. Were not willing to fix or take money off for the many things wrong. Then basically tried to yell at me for haggling untill i walked out to go buy a truck elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I called the dealer the morning of my visit and asked if the car was still there and for an appointment, they said yes and set up an appointment, get there, and a very dismayed person checking each area, could not find the key. few more minutes of waiting, and he checked with the manager to find out the car was sold the day before, I was told that because it was so new that it did not clear out of the inventory, being that all they do is sell cars and I had called to see ONE exact car, they should have physically checked seeing I stated I would be coming over an hour and half to see it. In basic I was told a car I wanted would be there and found out it was not, making a total waste in my time (Over 4 hours wroth total) that could have been avoided if the rep would have taken pride in his job and fully checked,

Said the car was sold, then said the guy brought it back in the next day and that it was available, then said that it sold to someone else that same day.

This dealer sucked, they lied to us about the car we were looking at an then when I inquiries with a sales man of English desent, he was very rude. Went to test drive the car, they told us it had a recall an could not be sold, but when we got there it was being used as a dealer car. That was a lie they told, " couldn't be sold. Sure then why is someone putting more miles on it???? Never will go there again.

The sales person was a joke... After test driving their car the sales guy was giving me a quote on my trade in. He wanted to give me $6k for my, which is retailing for $18k-$20k. Then he tells me my car needs some work and it only retails for $10k. This is strange to me because a have three offers from other dealers in my car for $12k-$14k & l know the value is much higher. I told the guy why would I buy a car from someone that is obviously trying to take advantage of me.

Beware if you are trading here. The mangager that I spoke with acted like a spoiled child when the negotiations turned tough. Their inventory prices are higher, and they don't deal well on trades. I would walk to work before buying a care here.
