Got bounced between three people on the phone. Last said look at the National ad. I said The ad is 12k miles I want 15k. He said when can you come in... I said I need a quote. It went round and round

Dealership contacted me within the hour. Salesperson was friendly and professional. Follow up emails, in a day or so. Changed our minds on the car. We purchased a Highlander instead.

Dealer would not answer simple questions about the car. I wanted some details and all they would tell me is it was clean. Took 7 emails, 3 different people and 5 days to get details on the car. Only to find out I'm not interested in it because of damage. It was painful trying to get the details to save me a 140 mile round trip drive to look at the car.

I was contacted by a salesman & communicated several times. Last contact suggested a follow-up regarding the vehicle I was interested in; however, dealer has not advised that vehicle sold.

Ray was very prompt in his response and he was very patient in trying to establish a time for me to come in and see the car. I ended up going a different direction, but will keep this dealer in mind for future purchases.

It was good experience but there was some bumps. I had signed contract with extended warranty and gap insurance in the evening, went back the next day told him I didn't want it and they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get it off the contract. I said okay but I couldn't understand why I couldn't be taken off immediately. I kept contacting them to find out why it couldn't be removed immediately. I received paperwork from the credit union with it still on my contract period at that time I contacted the general manager over the dealership. Informed him that wanted that removed by the way I was concerned. The next day I was contacted that it was removed. Interesting how you have to push for that kind of stuff and doesn't make sense. Also they have not replaced in the back of the middle console the missing cap for the Emergency hatch into the trunk. So I got a big hole in my backseat if you put down the middle console to put drinks in. I ask them about putting that in and I still have not got one. Who would even think about pulling it down when you're purchasing a car to see if that's missing. Doesn't make sense. These are the only two negatives that happened with me and this dealership

typical car-browsing experience. Sales guy was pushy and wanted immediately to get us into the bargaining room. Car also seemed overpriced.

The only reason this was not a 1 star was because of 1 salesman, Mike. He was nice and really seemed like he was looking out for our best interest. On to the bad: when we showed up for a scheduled test drive, they didn't even have the car on the lot (they told us someone else was looking at it, bad move), the next day we showed up, and they had us drive a newer year of the same make and model, and my wife and I were the ones who realized it, then when we went to talk about our options for warranty coverage and such, we felt disrespected and almost bullied by 3 separate sales reps. I would never go back there nor would I recommend it to my friends

Doug was friendly. The car is over priced. They would not move off their price much. The car has a cracked bumper and several major cracks in the dash.

Cody Russell, their internet specialist/salesman, was instrumental to the purchase/sale of our 2013 Volkswagen Beetle. His honesty, helpfulness, accommodating nature encouraged us to drive the 75 miles to see the car. It is because of him and a car that was a perfect fit, two people are happy--him and me. I went to four of Dick Hannah's dealerships in one day to look at specific cars they had listed. There was fierce competition between two of the dealerships that sit side by side as we walked into the wrong one. Walked away with a great car at a great price from the dealership on Stark Street. Thanks to Khoa! Everyone was nice at each store.

Dealer responded quickly and I bought the car- Car was exceptionally well priced. Excellent service, helpful staff including Brenda the sales assoc I worked with. They do carfax reports and often have done servicing - oil, wiper blades etc in their initisl check of a used car. Ask for those records.Got me great loan- none of the heavy pressure Ive encountered with other dealers.

Refused to negotiate price on a used or Pre-Owned vehicle (former rental car) with high milage and a very poor maintenance upkeep. The manager wanted top dollar for a car that had "high time" on water pump and alternator. refused to acknowledge data from Car Fax, which showed only maintenance performed was at Pep Boys. Last time i checked the do not do water pump removal/install. and it only showed oil changes, infrequent at that. One sales Rep said he could save "tons" of money compared to what the sticker price was, then handed me off to the fast talking Hotshot who wouldnt budge on price. Waste of time. Would Not shop for a new or used car at their place of business.

Was shopping to potentially purchase a new Passat. The staff were friendly, not pushy and we were offered a trade in value similar to selling the car privately. We were amazed! Another dealer literally 2 blocks away offered $4,000 less, 2 hours later. I would highly recommend this dealer.
