Salesman Jabari was a nice guy but when it came down to buying and dealing with the finance he was rude didn’t introduce hisself sat a paper on the table and said that what will do. Did not acknowledge my wife who was the one wanting to buy the 4 Runner at that point we decided dealing with this dealer ship was not worth it. Being rude does not help sale cars. As we had cash to buy it outright

Overall, everything about my experience at the dealership was great, the sales process went smoothly and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the finance portion of the transaction was disappointing. The finance officer insisted that an optional item was required by state law when it was not. Based on that information, I reluctantly agreed to purchase it and later regretted the decision after learning it was optional. This misinformation significantly took away from an otherwise positive experience.

John Wood and Dustin were very helpful. Especially John would answered my questions every time I texted him. I feel I had got a pretty fair deal except for the practically mandatory KARR security system, and a couple other add-ons, which were presented as mandatory. Overall, I believe they were very fair with me. Now in the finance department… Well… Nice guy that handled my finance but I still think the extended warranty I purchased was too expensive. I understand they have a large markup. That said I do believe I would come back and purchase another car here.

They seem to have a small inventory as you drive by from the street view. I was particularly looking for used vehicles. I contacted the dealership and they responded with questions that I questions about. So I replied back with more questions on a small used car. It seems they have a one set price like "CARMAX" as it was stated. So I was able to drive the car and it did ok so I continued to look at the engine bay, interior, exterior a bit more in detail. I found a few things that would definitely make anyone say hey, this needs fixing. As I brought those issues to there attention they still stated they have a one set price. So beware that if you find something wrong with used cars it does not matter since they had a one set price. I offered a few other alternatives that would be more acceptable for me to purchase the vehicle but they were ignored. So another sales manager contacted me and wanted to know what my " price" would be and they also stated the GM is too busy to engage in
