3 salespeople knew I was coming from Oakland. The person I was told to ask for was unavailable, so they sent out someone new who claimed he knew nothing of my arrival. Long story short, the vehicle was not on site. They offered for me to look at more newer, expensive vehicles with major car notes. Very unprofessional. No tact. No integrity. I will be sure to let everyone know not to do business with Hanlees Hilltop Toyota. Wasted gas. and my time.

The banks wouldn't finance the GLE. However the staff at Toyota worked to get another vehicle financed. Ms. Gladys Madison made everything work for us to drive away in a Honda Pilot. We appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service!

I had a problem with the sales person. I spoke to and asked him. They have the sales manager to give me a call when he get in and as he was not there at the moment. I never heard back, and I bought a car elsewhere.

I’m 84 & I’ve bought my share of cars over the last 65 years. Dealing with sales persons, once a thing of tragedy and nightmares has become a more simple task, requiring time and patience but no gnashing of teeth and pulling of hair; no internal wishing for a sales person's early demise. I looked online via CarGurus, who were quite helpful in facilitating my online interactions with SF Toyota and a helpful and responsive sales manager. After a few calls and a few days, CG informed me of a price drop and I called SFT, set an appointment that afternoon and drove 45 miles from San Jose to the dealership in downtown SF. Parking was great; sales manager and sales person were great; the financial person was tolerable, trying to sell all the dealer provided add-ons as his job requires. We all agreed in an amiable way. The entire round trip from SJ took about 6 hrs. I feel that I got a great deal and did not leave feeling "used and abused" as in days of old. I recommend SFToyota to all.

I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.
