I went to Classic Nissan to help my mother get a car. I was arrived early to the time I said I would meet her. I was greeted by Bill,sales manager and Lexi. Both are the nicest people. When my mother got there, we met Diego. He had driven the car from the Newport News dealership to Williamsburg. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I met Ben,the service manager as well. I was happy with the entire process. Deshawn made financing easy. My mom is pleased with the car. I am pleased and relieved to leave my mom and her car in their caring professional hands.

The options noted and "sold" were not accurate. Ad and paperwork stated the car had CarPlay/AndroidAuto & Remote Start and it doesn't. I live in VB. I could not drive it home right away once I purchased. Asked for someone to follow me with it and I'd bring him/her back but was told no. Picked up later that evening and check engine light came on. Parked it all weekend and went to have it looked at Monday morning. Sat two hours while they looked it over. Stated there were no codes, when I expressed concern about my 3 day return window, was assured it would be ok if something happened. Been driving now for 3 days and that is when I discovered, after subscribing to MySubaru, that there is no Remote Start. Also found that the CarPlay/AndroidAuto are not compatible with my phone because my phone is "too new". Subaru is working it. I like the car, just wish the sales person actually knew the options. I am installing Remote Start at a cost, no offer of discount at all.
